Sarah Marchand-Lacoursière, founder and CEO of Aion HealthTech, is an international educator who has shaped mental health curricula at institutions including the University of Toronto, Université de Lausanne, and Chiba University. She coordinates clinical training programs and provincial licensing examinations, and serves on CADDRA’s Board and Guidelines Committee, influencing national standards in mental health care.
